Directions from Toronto.
Go 401 west (London) to Campbellville, Exit #312.
This is the Exit for the Mohawk Raceway and Guelph Line.
*do not get on 407 to Hamilton or 403 to Hamilton.
Go right off the Exit ramp and Take Guelph Line north to
#25 Side Road.
Turn left for 2.5 km.
Elm Tree Centre is on the Right, #2113.
*25 Side Road is 5 roads north of the 401 -----about 7
miles.
Directions from the Guelph area.
Go East
on Hwy. 7 to Wellington Rd. 29. Turn right (south)
approx. 10 min. until you reach 25 Side Rd. Turn
left and look for Elm Tree Centre on your left #2113.
Directions
from the London area.
Go #401 to the 'Guelph North' Exit #295.
Turn right on Wellington #34 at the 1st. set of lights.
Go straight through the next set of lights at Old #6 HWY.
Look for the Town of Milton sign on your right as you
continue to travel east.
There is an "S" bend and then a road called 1st Line.
Turn left onto 1st Line,
Go north on this road to the next stop sign, this is #25
Side Road,
Turn right and look for Elm Tree Centre on your left
#2113.
Directions
from the Orangeville / Fergus area.
From the Orangeville/ Bellwood road, County Road #18. (
this is the main road into Fergus)
Take Wellington Road #29 South, (just before you get to
the arena in Fergus),
Cross the stop lights at #24 HWY at the village of Eramosa,
Cross the stop lights at #7 HWY.
Continue to go south to #25 Side Road.
This is the 2nd stop sign south of #7 HWY.
Go left at #25 Side Road and look for Elm Tree Centre
#2113, on your left at the top of the hill.
Directions from Hamilton area.
From the 403 HWY. East take HWY #6 North.
Go north past #5 HWY, #401 Hwy overpass, continuing all
the way to Wellington #34 at Aberfoyle.
Turn right at this set of lights and then traveling east,
look for the Town of Milton sign on your right,
As you continue on there is an "S" bend and then a road
called 1st Line.
Turn left onto the 1st Line,
Go north on this road to the next stop sign, this is #25
Side Road,
Turn right and look for Elm Tree Centre on your left
#2113.
Directions from the Acton / Georgetown area.
Take #7 HWY west to the stop lights in Acton at #25 HWY,
Turn left and go south to Regional Road #12,
Turn right on Regional Road #12 ( also called #25 side
Road)
Continue along crossing the Guelph Line.
Once past the Guelph Line, go through an "S" bend,
Cross 2nd Line and then go through another "S" bend.
Elm Tree Centre is on your right #2113. Look for the stone
house and stone barn.
